Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
Agreement
By accessing dendroseo.com or engaging Dendro for content production services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services. These terms apply to all visitors and clients.
Services
Dendro provides done-for-you content production services, including topically structured blog articles, schema markup, internal linking architecture, AI-generated images, and platform social posts. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for each engagement are defined in the project proposal and/or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before work begins.
Submitting an intake form does not constitute a contract or guarantee of service. An engagement begins only when both parties have signed a proposal or SOW and initial payment has been received.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Standard terms are 50% due upon project start and 50% due upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger packages, milestone-based payment schedules may be arranged.
Invoices unpaid after 14 days of the due date may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee. Delivery of final files may be withheld until outstanding balances are settled.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Content you provide. Any brand materials, existing content, style guides, or proprietary information you share with us remains your property. You grant us a limited license to use it solely for producing your deliverables.
Deliverables. Upon receipt of full payment, all content deliverables produced for your project transfer to you as work-for-hire. You own them. We retain no rights to the specific content we produce for you.
Our methodology and systems. The underlying production system, frameworks, prompt architecture, and processes used to produce your content remain the intellectual property of Dendro. Purchasing a package licenses the output — not the system that produced it.
Revisions
Revision rounds included in each package tier are specified in the project proposal. Revisions are defined as changes to existing content based on brand voice, accuracy, or factual corrections — not scope expansions or complete topic rewrites. Requests that fall outside the included revision scope will be quoted separately.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information — including business details, content strategy, and intake data — as confidential. We do not share client-specific information with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g., editorial contractors under NDA). We will not reference your company publicly as a client without your explicit permission.
Disclaimers & Limitations
Content production and SEO are not guaranteed to produce specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms change, and results vary based on domain authority, competitive landscape, and how content is implemented and published on your end.
Dendro is not responsible for how delivered content performs after it leaves our hands, including issues arising from client-side implementation, CMS configuration, or failure to publish within a reasonable timeframe.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dendro's liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel an engagement with 7 days written notice. If you cancel after work has begun, you are responsible for payment proportional to the work completed at the time of cancellation, based on the agreed project total. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Dendro reserves the right to cancel an engagement if scope materially changes without agreement, payment obligations are not met, or we determine we are not the right fit for the project.
Website Use
The content on dendroseo.com — including copy, design, and methodology descriptions — is the property of Dendro and may not be reproduced without permission. The site is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime or the accuracy of all information at all times, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the site without notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or services rendered under them shall be resolved in the courts of Texas, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or active engagements after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For active client projects, material changes to terms will be communicated directly.
